Group Supervision

Group supervision is facilitated by a designated supervisor who simultaneously provides supervision and facilitates the group supervision process.  Group supervision can be comprised of two to six therapists.

My Aim
As an experienced Group Supervisor, my aim is to give you a space over three hours, to do your own process and to bring a case, or listen to other therapist's cases, to enhance your own practice.

As therapists, we are faced with holding space for clients with trauma, PTSD, complex trauma and complex PTSD.  This is not easy and definitely not sustainable without connecting to ourselves and connecting with other's who understand and can grapple alongside us with the complexities of our cases.

As an attachment focused therapist, I know just how important it is to be given the space to fully connect within, whilst another is holding a safe space for us, AND, to connect with others who have the willingness to see, hear and hold us.  This ability to both look inward and to express outward openly with trust and safety is a hallmark of secure functioning and what I aim to provide in each group supervision session.

Attendance at a series of sessions, will not only deepen and expand your practice, it will grow the foundations of a caring therapeutic community of like minded practitioners around you.  It will build the very thing that prevents burnout in an area that I know you are passionate about.
